Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every UK order — there’s nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once on their way, most orders arrive within 8–13 working days of the day you order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on the move; tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Delivery times can vary

Estimated times are a guide, not a guarantee. Busy periods, sales, weather and courier delays can occasionally add a little time.

Your delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide and can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery.
