Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of www.parkerandjune.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Placing an order
You order by adding items to your basket, entering your details and completing payment. The first email we send simply acknowledges your order — it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it. A contract is formed only once we send a dispatch confirmation. Please make sure your email address is correct so you receive our updates.
3. Accepting or declining orders
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if information is incorrect, payment can’t be taken, an item is unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing error. If we do, we’ll let you know and refund anything you’ve paid.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown on the site.
5. Discounts & store credit
Discount codes and any store credit are for one-time use unless stated otherwise, must be used in a single transaction, and have no cash value. Automatic multi-buy offers (such as Mix & Save) apply as described on the product and basket pages.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns
Returns are covered by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which sits alongside your legal rights.
8. Faulty goods & our responsibility
We must supply goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly about any problem. We’re not liable for damage caused by misuse, accidents or failure to follow care instructions, nor for indirect or unforeseeable losses — but nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
9. Using our website
Our content — text, images, logos and branding — belongs to Parker & June and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Please use the site lawfully and keep any account login details secure.
10. Events beyond our control
We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, courier disruption or supplier failure.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
